We will be moving one of our core services to a different physical machine during this maintenance window.

Downtime is expected to be around 30 minutes. The remaining window is reserved for validation and testing. Some intermittent (1-2s) drops in connectivity can occur in the validation phase.

There is an ongoing issue with backfill of historical metering values for new metering points.

We have reported the issue to Elhub regarding a fix, and will have to manually handle backfill for now.

Expect backfill of historical meterdata for newly added or newly reactivated meters to be delayed until the fix is in place.

Elhub added a short notice operetional incident about unstable services during a short time window.

Message processing to Elhub will be paused, and messages processed after downtime. Expect delayed responses in metering values and meterdata during this timeframe.

Elhub is experiencing stability issues, resulting in some delays in message and request processing.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and provide updates when more information is available.

Net effect on EnerSky platform

• Slight delay in backfill of metering values for new metering points
• No other areas affected as of now.

Due to several architectural optimizations scheduled for deployment to EnerSky platform, intermittent downtime is to be expected during this maintenance window.

All services will be unavailable for around 10-30 minutes during the window, while we expect normal operations during the remainder while we perform end to end platform validation.

We will be continuing with phase 2 of our database maintenance between 21-22 at 2026-07-28.

Actual downtime is expected to be around 20 minutes, while the remaining time is validation and performance testing only.

Due to a planned database upgrade, all EnerSky services will be unstable between 21:00 and 23:00 at 2026-07-27.

We expect the total downtime to be substantially shorter than the two-hour window, but will perform some validation and testing during the remaining time which might cause intermittent connectivity issues.

There is currently an ongoing delay in requests for metering values.

Messages are accepted and queued, but we do not receive replies within the normal response timeframe.

Expect increased response times for backfill of historical metering values for new metering points.

Market message processing (access request, meterdata, etc.) in Elhub is currently paused.

This is due to ongoing technical issues, which are currently being resolved.

Due to scheduled intrastructure maintenance, EnerSky services will intermittent connectivity issues throughout the maintenance window.

We expect all services to be available for most of the time, but some transient downtime for all enersky services is to be expected.

The Grid owner Føie is changing an internal system component, and will freeze dispatch of meterdata during this 4 day window.

The main grid areas affected are:

• RINGER1
• RINGER2
• NORE1
• HEMSED1

Metering values will be submitted after validation checks are completed in the new system, hence meter data will be delayed for the affected days.

This will impact grid areas where Føie is the responsible meter data collector. Metering values will not be present in Elhub until they are submitted.

Please note that 15% of metering points in RINGER1 and RINGER2 will not have meterdata delivered starting from 2026-05-06 until 2026-05-11. These will be submitted after the maintenance window has closed.

There is a planned Elhub maintenance window expected to last for up to 1 hour.

All Elhub services will be down or unstable during the maintenance window.

Access requests, meterdata and metering point metadata retrieval will be unavailable during this timeframe.

There are ongoing instabilities in Elhub that may cause some slight delays in processing of access requests, meterdata and metering point metadata retrieval.

There are ongoing issues with Elhub, and no market messages can be sent or received.

Expect incomplete and delayed meterdata for the rest of today.

Due to issues in Elhub, backfill of historical metering values for new and existing metering points will be delayed until processing resumes in Elhub.

This is scheduled to be opened again at 16:00, but expect delays until 17:00.

Due to a large upgrade, Elhub has an extended downtime starting from friday 15:00, possibly throughout the weekend. Services are expected to be online some time during saturday.

Due to a system change for the Glitre Nett grid operator, metering values in the affected grid areas will be delayed starting from 2026-01-09 until 2026-01-12.
